HOW TO: Get Support for Qualtrics

Qualtrics comes with its own support center that will answer any question that you may have concerning the creation, editing, and distribution of your survey. With multiple question types and other creative add-ons, Western ensures that with Qualtrics you will be able to create the survey the way you want without limitations.

To access the live chat, log in to MySurveys using your Western credentials.

Once logged in click on “Help” found in the top right hand corner of your screen.

In the Help pop-up screen click on “CONTACT SUPPORT”.

You will be taken to the qualtrics login in webpage. Leave the credential fields blank, instead, click on “Sign in with SSO”.

In the “Organization ID” field type in UWO and then click “Continue”.

 

You are now in Qualtrics support.

Select “I have a different support request” under “What is your support request about?”

 

Scroll down to “What area of the Qualtrics product are you using?” and click the down arrow in “Select a product” and select “Survey Platform”

 

Scroll down to “How would you like to get support today?” and make your selection from the three support methods available.
