Use the link https://jira.uwo.ca/plugins/servlet/desk/portal/18/create/261 to request for a print toner or printer maintenance (servicing).

 

Note: The comment section in the New Print Toner Order Request form can also be used to specify if the printer requires servicing and not a new toner.
