HOW TO: Request an Equipment Move

Please follow this guide if you would like to move your equipment (PC, Printer, etc.) to a different network port either in your office or if moving to a new office.

Please fill out and submit the Equipment Move request form. Please indicate the circuit number labelled on the wall next to the network port (e.g. ZMSL52667). It is also important to specify the tags labelled on the equipment so that we can re-register the device(s) properly.

 Important: Please give at least 24 hours notice before you move your equipment so that we can ensure the device is registered properly before you reconnect with a network cable.
