HOW TO: Request a New Schulich IT Services Employee Account

 

For new Schulich employees, fill out and submit the form below in order for the employee to have access to Schulich IT Services (e.g. file access, Hub, SAS etc.).

Before filling out the form, have the employee’s active Western ID and email address.

Important:

We know your time is valuable! In the form, be sure to sign up the new employee for the New Schulich IT Services Employee Orientation so they grasp the concepts of Schulich’s network environment including printers, connections, network drives, submitting tickets etc.  Under ‘IT Setup Request’ there is a check box for the orientation, be sure to check ‘Yes’.

Note that to save time, when filling out the form above, there are also questions for whether the employee needs new hardware, and what access is needed. This eliminates the need to fill out those forms separately.

 

Please be sure to submit the form a couple days before the employee start date. We need at least 24 hours to ensure that the account is created correctly and has the proper associations.
