HOW TO: Submit Application/Report Support for Elentra, SAS & HUB

 

If you require technical application support, or support for reports requests and data analytics, for any of the following: Elentra, SAS or HUB, a support form will need to be filled out.

For assistance with Elentra, you will need to fill out and submit the Elentra Application System form.

For assistance with SAS, you will need to fill out and submit the SAS Support form.

For assistance with HUB, you will need to fill out and submit the Hub (formerly SSO) Support form.

When the form has been filled out and submitted, a Development team member will contact you.

Important: Screenshots can be very useful for troubleshooting application issues. To create a screenshot, make sure your screen is viewing the issue at hand, and select the ‘Print Sc’ button on your keyboard (top right). When you are filling out the support form, there is an ‘Attachment’ section at the bottom with a dotted box around it, click within the box and simply hit ‘Ctrl’ and 'V'. The image will paste in!
