HOW TO: Request Support for Collection Account System (CAS)

 If you require technical support for the Collection Account System (CAS), please fill out the CAS Support form.

A member of the development team will reach out to you directly to troubleshoot the issue(s) you are experiencing.

Important: Screenshots can be very useful for troubleshooting application/web issues. To create a screen capture, open the snipping tool by clicking the start button on the bottom left hand corner and start typing “snipping tool”. Open the application and click new, then crop out an image of the error or issue you are experiencing and attach it to the form.
