HOW TO: Request Support & Training for Cascade

A member of the web development team will reach out to you directly to troubleshoot the issue(s) you are experiencing.

Western Communications and Public Affairs Web Standards web page is a valuable tool for editing.
Screenshots can be very useful for troubleshooting Cascade issues. To create a screen capture, open the snipping tool by clicking the start button on the bottom left hand corner and start typing “snipping tool”. Open the application and click new, then crop out an image of the error or issue you are experiencing and attach it to the form.
