HOW TO: Request Support for Microsoft Office

If you require support for Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), please submit the Microsoft Office Support form through our service desk.

A support technician will be in contact with you to begin troubleshooting your issue(s).

Important: Screenshots can be very useful for troubleshooting application issues. To create a screen capture, open the snipping tool by clicking the start button on the bottom left hand corner and start typing “snipping tool”. Open the application and click new, then crop out an image of the error or issue you are experiencing and attach it to the form.
