HOW TO: Corporate Cellphone

In order to receive a corporate cellphone, you must first have approval from your immediate supervisor, and approval from finance. We also will require a speedcode and account number for the smartphone to be charged to.

Next, fill out and submit an Equipment Procurement ticket. Fill out the required details at the top, including the speedcode and account number. Then scroll down to where is says “Smartphone” and fill in the requested details. In the comments, be sure to say who your immediate supervisor is.

A member of our team will then reach out to you to firm up details.

Important:

  • Our Corporate plan is with Telus.

  • There are set plans. Our team member will go over this further.

  • If you travel with this phone in the future, you will need to fill out the Mobile Travel Pack ticket. Different countries have different travel packs and Telus needs to know which one and when to implement it.
