HSA 101 Audiovisual Guide
HSA101 is a PC-based conference room. It’s default display source is a PC in dual-monitor mode on the Front L-R screens. Display sources can be switched using the AV touch-panel. Auxiliary screens (sides and rear) can be activated to display sources or deactivated to eliminate noise & distractions. To activate the room in it’s default display mode, simply touch the screen to begin.

By default the PC will display on the front L&R screens
To switch a source:
Touch the icon representing the display you wish to switch
Once your selected icon is highlighted, select the appropriate source or action
To use the telephone, select the telephone icon along the top of the screen
Use “Privacy Mode” to Mute all microphones in the room at once
Wireless microphones are now available for conferencing
If light is green / blinking green, the mic is live
If light is red / blinking red, mic is muted
Please place microphones in the charging cradle after use
a Lav mic is also available for presenters who wish to wear a mic
Only one audio source can be played at a time. The active audio source will always be the source selected last. Keep this in mind when using the auxiliary screens.
