HOW TO: Assigning Zoom Scheduling Rights to Another Person

This article will outline how to assign scheduling rights to another person and how they can create zoom meetings on their behalf.

Zoom is currently not enabled to allow people to have multiple meetings at the same time, this causes problems when someone is required to schedule meetings on behalf of others with their own Zoom account.

To avoid this problem the person creating the meeting (typically the admin assistant) should be assigned scheduling rights by the meeting owner/chair and create the event on their behalf.
