HOW TO: I forgot my password/change my password

Instructions

  1. Go to www.idm.uwo.ca

  2. Enter your Western userid (do not add @uwo.ca)

  3. If you do not remember your password, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link and correctly answer your Challenge Questions.

  4. If you do not know the answers to your challenge questions you will need to contact the Computer Accounts Office at WTS by calling ext 83800

 

Changing your Western password changes your log in to email, computer log in, wifi access, ROAMs, SSO, OWL, Cascade, Human Resources, Finance and Mustang Market
