HOW TO: I'm not receiving emails through Outlook on my PC

If you are not able to send or receive emails through Outlook on your PC please follow the instructions below.

Instructions

Open the outlook client app on your computer and check the bottom right corner where it says “CONNECTED TO:” if it says working offline, do the following steps:

  1. Click the SEND / RECEIVE tab at the top left corner of the screen

  2. Click once the option WORK OFFLINE. This will change the status from working offline to “MICROSOFT EXCHANGE”
