HOW TO: Reset Non-Person Account Password

If you are the owner of a non-person account and would like to reset/change the password please follow the steps below.

Instructions

  1. Visit https://idm.uwo.ca/user/login.jsp

  2. Login with your username and password (not the non-person account)

  3. Click on Non-person accounts tab in western identity manager > List My Accounts

  4. Select the account to want to change the password for

  5. Change the password and hit Submit

 

You are only able to change the password for non-person accounts that belong to you. If necessary, contact the owner of the account to reset or change the password.
