HOW TO: Reset Non-Person Account Password
If you are the owner of a non-person account and would like to reset/change the password please follow the steps below.
Instructions
Login with your username and password (not the non-person account)
Click on Non-person accounts tab in western identity manager > List My Accounts
Select the account to want to change the password for
Change the password and hit Submit
You are only able to change the password for non-person accounts that belong to you. If necessary, contact the owner of the account to reset or change the password.
