HOW TO: Share my Outlook Calendar

This article details how to share your Outlook calendar with another user.

Instructions

To share your calendar, please follow the steps below:

  1. Select Calendar > Home > Share Calendar

  2. Select Individuals to share your Calendar with under “To”

  3. Select Level of Details to share (i.e. limited details)

  4. Select Check Box if you would like to Request to review Recipients Calendar > Send

  5. Select Yes to Confirm sharing of Calendar before email sent NOTE: If recipient agrees to share their calendar, you will receive an email message

  6. In review pane of this email, Select Open this Calendar

  7. Right Click to overlay recipient over your Calendar
