HOW TO: Add another users calendar in your Outlook

Please follow the instructions below if you’d like to gain access/view another users calendar in your Outlook.

Instructions

To view another person’s calendar, please make sure the calendar has been shared with you first before proceeding:

  1. Select Calendar > Home > Open Calendar > From Address Book...

  2. Select a contact, select Calendar, and then select OK.

  3. In the navigation pane, under Shared Calendars, right-click the name of the person and select Color, so you can view the calendar entries in a specific color. NOTE: You can select Overlay to see it directly on top of your calendar.
