HOW TO: When Secondary monitor is Not Turning On

In the event where your secondary monitor or display is not turning on please follow the steps listed below.

Instructions

  1. Unplug both monitor cables (power and display) from the back of the monitor that isn’t working

  2. Reconnect all cables and reboot your computer

  3. If this doesn’t work, please submit a ticket to Schulich Service Desk
